Heres a legal question for everyone.. I recently got engaged and want pictures done with my fiancé our son and his son. My fiancés ex is saying she will sue whatever photographer we hire if the post pictures of my soon to be step son. My question is, if my fiancé concents to the pictures being taken by said photographer. Can his ex get him in trouble with court and sue the photographer? I had a Similar situation with his ex when we took Christmas pictures of my soon to be step son. She threatened to sue me for taking pictures without her consent and posted on our facebook page (my fiancé and I are co owners of Masons Photography) HE took the pictures I edited them and posted them on our page.
