... Heres a little known fact: the Raiders are #9 in all time winning percentage of ALL NFL teams. How does a TEAM perform well/ win? Hmmmm, well.... first there must be a Culture / Attitude which embodies a Habit of accountability built atop a foundation of 3xcellence (Hint: the work ethic is second to none!), complete TRUST in one another and a revolving Belief that no obstacle is insurmountable..... Q: What is the Function of any NFL club/ professional organization? Answer: to inspire its community to want to be more/ to work to be greater than the status quo and believe in the greater good of Teamwork; and, to role model best and greatest behavior/ habits for todays youth. Believe it, winners never say die. (Note: the Dolphins, #3 all time in winning percentage (NFL), are always an inspirational organization, after all theyre only one of 2 organizations to post a Perfect Season in professional sports. With cheerleaders like this, no wonder theyre kickin bootay this year!)
