Heres a little snippet from our private page for BONDI STRENGTH CO clients only. It was one of those weeks where everyone was seeming to be losing their heads... Ok... Whats happened to my girls?!!!! This week seems to be the week that everyone is falling off the wagon, getting emotional and a lot of other silly business... Heres my 2 cents: If you eat a certain way just to look good then you are going to fail. Why? Because this is shallow. Its vain and its boring and its a gate way to a very sad place. I learnt this the hard way. No one likes the self obsessed dieting girl. Stop focusing on how you look and worry more about how you feel, how you train, are you getting stronger, are people commenting on changes, do you feel more energetic? The funny thing is when you stop focusing on how you look you tend to look better. Happy people dont binge on junk food. Happy people get excited to train. Happy people are happy. And happy people look after themselves. Life isnt about being hard on yourself. Get your head back into it. Stop worrying about how much you weigh start focusing on whats real. People. Family. Training. Work. Make time to make your goals happen but dont spend the rest of the day obsessing over it. You all have plans to follow. Targets to hit. Macros to log. Numbers to hit. So do it. Kick the emotional stuff to the curb and be happy you can go to the gym and cook your food and have a coach. Some people are not so lucky. Eating a little off plan is not the end of the world. Dont dramatise it and spend the rest of the week making it worse. Move on and do better tomorrow. There is no secret message or thought process or theory other than, be kind to yourself. Feed your body what it needs. Nothing more nothing less. And when you walk in the gym, walk in there with the biggest swag ever. Its all about them gainnnzzzzz.
