Heres a question that I dont remember seeing ... Whats the oldest restaurant in Albuquerque? That is, a restaurant that has been a restaurant the whole time, in continuous or nearly continuous operation? I can think of a couple of Route 66 standbys, such as Lindys or the Dog House. And I know the Cooperage and El Pinto have been around a while. I would allow the Town House in my criteria, although the gap in its operations is large enough to make it borderline. Anything with a longer hiatus would not qualify.
