Heres a question that has occurred to me that needs to be asked of the general public; do you know that actions have consequences? And the second question is, and though those actions have consequences, do you know the consequences can be both undeserved and justifiable? If for instance I try to make it through a yellow light but dont quite make it, and get T Boned and as a result die, I dont deserve to die....but the consequences are justifiable. Is this something that is beyond comprehension for some of our fellow citizens? Have we become a society of emotion over logic? Truth and consequence no longer accepted? I have to be completely honest... Im not liking the society that Im starting to see take shape. Im not liking the mindset that is shaping that society. How do we get from truth is all important to thats the last thing that matters? How do we go from logic and reason to emotion and anger? How did society change my biggest concern from being victimized by crime to being victimized by my fellow citizens for how I handled the crime committed against me? How the hell did WE let that happen? No longer do I have to just worry about defending myself, but now I have to worry about the emotional mob waiting to convict me without due process for how I defended myself. Too many of my fellow Americans arent using their reason and logic. Too many are lending themselves to the emotional mob that is certain to turn on them.....its only a matter of time and circumstance......
