Heres a quick reminder. Sometimes, when we are already entering a romantic commitment, we tend to devote most, if not all, of our time with our partner. We spend every happy moments with him/her. Yet, when relationships get flawed, our friends are more than accepting and accommodating to listen and feel our burdens and eventually ease the ache we feel. So, make sure to be fair with your time distribution with people you care the most --- family, bf/gf, and friends because it is eventually more satisfying to be involved in a big world instead of just a world.
