Heres a twist. Moms bruise-like pain in her chest could be a fractured sternum and even if its just fractured they are concerned because jarring, coughing, etc., could spread it and cause a painful surgery and recovery. So...bone scan sometime before the end of this week. and if it is fractured, even more careful than she has been about it. But thats an IF and we are still moving forward and working with the personal caregivers on a plan for their home care. Chaos for a little while here as we were preparing for moms appointment, housekeepers were here, the yard workers were here, the Quality Healthcare lady came with some tools for us, and the phone continued to ring off the hook.....Remember when phones used to ring off the hook? Thanks for all the likes, loves and support I tell mom about every one of them.
