Heres a vid of my mate Tariq who Ive done some coaching with on his lifts. His squat is coming along nicely and he wont mind me saying he can be a bit quick to change things if theyre not feeling 100%! Consistency is key to achieving any goal, just the emphasis of what needs to be the most consistent thing varies - in this case, for strength, keep going, tweak when necessary, and break big goals into a bunch of smaller ones. New year, new training? If so, make sure you give it a chance, stay with it through February
