Heres a video I did a little while ago, looking at how quickly I could transition from one movement to another within the context of a 20-minute Every Minute On The Minute (EMOTM) workout. The time between finishing one movement and starting another takes away from your recovery time at the end of the round, so it makes sense to minimize that delay - in other words to become very efficient at the transitions. The harder the movements, the more recovery time you want to bank - even a few seconds can make a difference. I like to have 20 seconds of recovery available, every round. What do you think?
