Update 6:55 p.m.: Affected buildings include HP, Lewellen, Rec Center and Worthen Arena and residence halls will remain secured until the all clear is sent. Update 6:28 p.m.: Police continue to assess the affected buildings. It is currently anticipated to take another hour. Most occupants have now been cleared from the affected buildings. Residence halls will remain secured until the all clear is sent. Please continue to remain in a safe location. Update 6:24 p.m.: The doors at Emens Auditorium are opening at 7 p.m. for tonights Jim Gaffigan show. The event is still scheduled to start at 8 p.m. Update 6:20 p.m.: The search of affected facilities continues. Please remain in a safe location. No one was injured. Update 5:59 p.m.: Reports of an individual in handcuffs with guns pointed at him by police near College of Architecture and Planning are inaccurate. Update 5:56 p.m.: Reports of an explosion near the scene are not accurate. Update 5:55 p.m.: Evolving situation—REMINDER: Everyone remain in a safe place until situation can be fully assessed.
