Heres an easy workout that you can do at home. This is called an elevate pushup and it works your upper body. Get a bench, or a long chair , and place your arms and shoulder width apart. Slowly lower yourself down, engage your core then push yourself up. You can start by doing 8 repetitions for 3 sets, with rest in between. *It works your upper body and it also engages your core muscles. @360fitclub @360_coachmartin
