Heres another type of question I receive: Hi Darren, I came across your blog whilst googling bike shops in Montenegro. Myself and a friend are currently in Dubrovnik after cycling 2000 miles from Dunkirk in France. Our end point is cephalonia in Greece. I was just wondering whether you knew of any bike shops in Montenegro/Albania,preferably along the coast? All I really need are some presta valve inner tubes,to fit 42mm tires,as my current ones have 3 repaired punctures each and I have ran out of spares! Any advice would be great.thanks. Matt My answer: Hi Matt, Im glad you discovered Bicycle Touring Pro... but Im sorry. I dont know of a bike shop in that part of the world. I was only there for a short time... and it was quite a long time ago. You should be able to find something in Shkoder though. I do remember seeing several small bicycle stalls there... but nothing fancy. This is why having a touring bicycle with easy to replace parts is so important. Good luck!
