Heres how tonights dinner happened. Decided to use oven since its so cold outside. Spread chicken breasts in pan & stared at it. Chopped celery, onions, added to pan, continued to stare, uninspired. Looked in fridge, tossed in cup of fire-roasted corn. Ah ha! Dumped in can of lentils & can of hominy. Brought out garlic, pepper, oregano, parsley flakes. Didnt look creamy enough. Dug around in cupboard & found jar of Alfredo sauce College Boy left here when he went back to school. Well, here goes. Looked beautiful, smells divine, hoping it tastes delicious. Entire process took me about 15 minutes so may be best fast food I ever had :)
