Heres my looking back and reflecting on 2014 status…… Probably one of my craziest, yet favorite years EVER. My whole family is happy and healthy and we all got to spend Christmas this year together for the first time in over 15 years! I thank GOD for my health as well and the continued blessings. HIGHLIGHTS This year my biggest dream as an educator came true, and that was being added to The PULSE On Tour . That was the only convention Ive ever wanted to be a part of and every single faculty member on there I have followed for YEARS and have looked up to and admired and studied and learned from. (Except for Ian because hes like 80 years younger than me) but DEF a genius of his generation and I support him! I will never feel like I deserve to sit on the same panel as these LEGENDS, but I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL to be able to share my passion for educating and teaching along side of them all. Thank you Brian Friedman for believing in me and giving me endless opportunities. You are and will ALWAYS be my number 1!! #AZ Xxx This year I had the opportunity of choreographing for DEMI LOVATOs World Tour under the direction of GIL DULDULAO and working with MIGUEL ZARATE and my 2 favorite choreographers, Rhapsody James and Luther A. Brown … Man was that job fun as hell and hilarious! Having my best friend Jawkeen Howard assisting me was the icing on the cake! The energy of these people are unmatched! Another great highlight was assisting Tyce Diorio on Taylor Swift for the MTV VMAs. Tyce is one of my favorite people in the whole entire world, and I thank him for trusting me to be an eye for him. He is absolutely BRILLIANT and I have learned SO MUCH from this man and I pray for his continued blessings and success.. Creating and choreographing a video with my sister SHARAYA J and MISSY ELLIOTT using ASL was beautiful! We touched a few people with that video and thats all we wanted. If you didnt notice, the entire Shut It Down choreo, Sharaya is signing all her lyrics while hitting those steps. GENIUS! Choreographing Jasmine Vs M/V Thats Me Right There ft. Kendrick Lamar My class highlights would have to be the ANACONDA class video and my Major Lazer video featuring my lil nugget Aidan Prince Xiong . Those 2 class videos randomly went viral. Anaconda has over 6 million hits and Aidan is just about to hit 3 million. Thats crazy. From the Anaconda video, Allison Buczkowski booked a role on The Fosters (because shes a mother loving monster) and Kaelynn KK Gobert-Harris and I just wrapped up a lil project with Perez Hilton. As for Aidan, he booked the ELLEN SHOW from that youtube vid and hasnt stopped booking since lol…. Love u lil nugget! My 2 munchkins Kaycee Rice and Gabriel De Guzman went straight to producers for Americas Got Talent with the MONSTER duet I choreographed for them, and made the show. These 2 are my favorite lil duo and I cant wait for our 2015 projects. Theyre killing the munchkin game! Choreographing and developing my lil Jordyn Jones along with our team Nayip Ramos, Allison and Kelly Jones has been AMAZING! Weve shot 3 videos so far and every single one of them have over 3 or 4 million views. She is DEF a force that lil one! This year I also got to teach on some of the BEST workshops! URBAN LEGENDS, ATLA, MIAMI, BROADWAY DANCE CENTER SUMMER SERIES, DANCE 411 and THE YUMA HIP HOP FESTIVAL…. The energy this year was CRAZY and the talent was soooooooo inspiring!! This year my favorite girl in the whole world, Allison Buczkoski traveled with me EVERYWHERE and assisted the HELL out me on all my projects! You have been an absolute BLESSING to me and your HARD, HARD WORK does not go unnoticed.. THANK YOU!!! And it was awesome seeing my Darrion Gallegos book his first tour EVER in Taiwan and he KILLED IT!! #3musketeers #myteam Xxx RANDOM Uuuummmmm, I had a stalker this year…. That was fun lol, said no one EVER. People are a lil obsessive and that can be extremely scary. Had to hire a lawyer and fly across the country to get it handled. I have never been so stressed in my life about my safety or money. But GOD took care of it! YES HE DID! I thank Gray Mckenzie, Tricia Collier, my dad John Miranda and Allison for getting me through that and keeping me safe. #thankyoujesus CONCLUSION Even with all the ups and downs, all in all my year was FANTASTIC! I LOST 30 lbs by eating super healthy and GAINED some REALLY GREAT FRIENDS AND FAMILY! I thank all the parents of my young students and my super close friends for all your love and support you poured out this year! Especially thank you to the supporters Ive never met in my life. Yall made my year extremely entertaining and completely filled my timeline with love and my youtube vids with hate hahhahaa JK.. (Well some of u did.. but it was out ruled by the love
