Heres my plan for baseball in St. Petersburg if we stay in the same stadium .... Must integrate and build an aquarium multilevel into that place. Also put a Starbucks A cold stone creamery. And a few other decent restaurants inside but not too high class. The parking lot should have a few fast food joints including some famous barbecue place .... Also should install overlook balcony is around the top or at the top that people can pay to go up and see. You want to make that thing successful you have to make the building multitask youre around and be an attraction and the aquarium would be world-class and you can see it from the outside and bring the mermaids that are worthless in Brooksville down there to swim around and ientertain people. You put a train car down sec 2nd Ave., South running from the new jet boat fairies to the stadium...
