Heres my rant for the day. Theres a liberal blogger who was complaining that the US is shameful because of the increased gun sales in Ferguson as a result of the police shooting an unarmed man. Now, one could argue the increase in gun sales has nothing to do with the police shooting, but rather the riots that ensued afterwards, but thats not the point here. This same blogger has now been tweeting all night about the scary-ass militarized cops in the streets of Ferguson who have their guns aimed at innocent civilians. My questions are legitimate. Isnt this the exact reason the Second Amendment exists? Arent we the people supposed to be able to defend ourselves from the government if necessary? Does this woman not see that if you take away an individuals right to own a gun, this will be the only, inevitable result? Im really having a hard time figuring out exactly what the left wants when it comes to gun ownership.
