Heres one question TV Licencing dont seem to want to answer. If you have the ability to watch live broadcasts via sky,virgin media or freeview etc but choose not to is a licence required? If my tv is set up where i CAN watch live broadcasts but dont is a licence required? I have virgin media tivo with the ability to watch live broadcast via 100 channels...i however dont watch the live broadcasts and go directly to the catch-up, youtube and Netflix options via the set top box.
