BBQ Beef I cook a roast in a crockpot ALL DAY so its nice and tender I put generous amounts of worshteshire sauce and garlic powder and onion powder and a packet of onion mushroom soup mix. I then get a huge bottle of sweet baby rays and mince up fresh garlic and grate a generous amount of fresh ginger into it. but both the garlic and ginger into the mix and cook on low and slow for about 30 minutes. the sauce taste amazing and the ginger gives it the BEST kick to the bbq sauce! ~Bobbiejo~
