Heres sharing my first post on a bake that i did recently... The TWO INGREDIENT wonder bread!!!! Read it somewhere sometime back n got a chance to try!!!!You wont believe until u bake n taste this yourself ... its a cake like batter that produces a dense crumb like bread. Its made with ICE CREAM n Self raising flour!!! ... Yes, its ice cream, u read it right ;) ... Just take 500 gms of melted ice cream in ANY flavor n add 1 cup of self raising flour to it... bake at 180 for abt 35-38 mins or untill done! .... i added a bit of choco chips for flavor. The possibilities of flavors n add ins r numerous! Imagine a strawberry bread with raisins or a chocolate bread with cashews! Get your hand on some coconut icecream n make the yummilicious coconut bread! . Try it guys n post the results... Id love to hear what you think
