Heres some great food prep ideas you can do once (or twice) a week to make it easy to just throw a meal together when you get home from work. Switch it up by using beef, pork or lamb instead of chicken in your slow cooker. You can also wrap sweet potatoes in foil and cook in your slow cooker instead of in your oven, on low until soft. I find they are easier to peel than oven cooked ones, and theyre great if you dont want a hot house! What other food prep ideas can you share?
