Heres the deal on the food~!~ I can cook~! Damn good if I can say so myself~!~ (I have infinite testimonials, 17 years experience or just dare me if you doubt me) ANYWAYS heres the deal.. Im just starting to get into the biz to food prep!!!!! So far the best and easiest way to do it is I meat with you, find out what you like, and if you like what I like (lean meats, mostly chicken & fish~ and LOTS of Veggies and small amount of fruits for flavors) then I go shopping get the food, and herbs, and containers and then I cook them UP~!~ Depending on how much you eat and how long you want it to last is how much I will prepare. $$$Pay is based on how much food$$$ Basically take what I buy you and times it by two, ($150 worth of food will run you $300 total) thats the easiest way I have learned thus far. I will be making a FB page for this~ and make a more structured business model, but for now my hungry friends this is what it is. PLEASE LET ME KNOW if you have suggestions or comments, questions.. ANYTHING I do price matching and save TONS of $ but it takes some extra time so we will figure that out.. I buy in Bulk So Ill be getting a Costco card and/or Sams card, I can do pretty much whatever you want... :D #foodprep #90daychallenge #weallgoneat!!!!
