Heres the first step you must take to stop the powers that be: Heres how you empower yourself and others: Stop fighting each other. Stop believing everything the TV tells you. Stop dividing yourself with labels of a Democrat, Republican, Conservative, Liberal, Socialist, Anarchist, or Communist. Labels are the most effective method of division and a house divided can not stand. Stop the hate, anger, and fear of your fellow brothers and sisters. We are not separate from another. We are equal in the fact that we even exist. This simple fact binds us together as equal. Think for yourself; seek righteousness and understanding, not hate, fear, and division. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Today the world is full of hate, fear, and intolerance. But tomorrow, fill it with love, courage, and understanding. Fill it with your good deeds that are pure of heart. Give to those who ask and do not turn away from those who would ridicule you, shun you, or make false claims against you; for they too are your brethren. Reconcile with them first, and then show them your gifts. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness are the balance that is missing from this Earth. Yes, you will be laughed at, ridiculed, or shunned; but that is not because you are a fool, but because your righteousness creates pain in the hearts of the those who live their life in darkness - for those who live in darkness equate to a blind man who walked without his stick; and then but stumbled upon a rock. Like a lamp that shines in a dark room, let the light of good deeds fill up the room for others to see. But do not shine your light so that others may admire you, but so that they may become an extension of your good works. Love your neighbor and forgive your enemies and maybe, just maybe we can build a world together that future generations will look back and say, that is the year intelligent life on earth began.
