Heres the new (and improved) RV I re-ordered. After all the DMV BS, i cancelled the trailer and decided on this model. As a 5th wheel, I can have a higher GVWR but not have to get a Class A license the travel trailer required. Dont ask me why - i even asked my AAA guy and my buddy Tom Sarge Lackey but no logical reason - its CA DMV... This is a triple axle and is right at the limit. This will be in production in September, as I custom ordered it. Having to wait a few more weeks will be worth it. I got it with the walnut and brown fabric colors and granite counter tops Barb liked, the back porch, rear screen door wall, dinette style rear sofa, ceiling fan, and outside utility shower for munchkins. I also upsized the fridge, a/c, electrical, generator, water tank & water heater. It has electric awning and jacks (old guy conveniences) and it has a 36 gal on board fuel dispenser tank. It sleeps 8 as designed, but if I take the lounge chairs out to the porch (yeah, they rock, too) theres plenty room for another cot, or couple of cribs, and some dogs. TONS of storage. Barb will like the huge closet in the slide out master (photo doesnt show it). Its as big as Kimmys old closet in the house!
