Heres the story. Yesterday morning, Bidzina found out that Saakashvili is invited to the ratification of Association Agreement with Georgia in Strasbourg. Yesterday evening, we found out that nobody from Georgian Government would go there. This morning, members of the Ruling Coalition were insisting that its pretty normal, that no member of Georgian Government attends the ratification of this important document. At the same time, members of the Ruling Coalition were reminding European Parliament that theres an order on Saakashvilis arrest. In the meanwhile we found out that President Margvelashvili will attend the ceremony (it was an ad hoc and good decision to save Georgias face). Right now, GOG has decided to send the Minister of Foreign Affairs to Strasbourg to save their face. This is how my country is being ruled.
