Raspberry Apple Smoothie SERVINGS: 1 ½ c frozen or fresh raspberries ½ apple, cored and coarsely chopped ¾ c unsweetened almond milk or fat-free plain yogurt 1 Tbsp brown rice protein powder, or hemp hearts (optional) 2 tsp ground psyllium powder 4 ice cubes In a blender, combine the raspberries, apple, milk or yogurt, protein powder (if using), psyllium powder, and ice cubes.
