Here’s a poll that tells us exactly where Congress stands with Americans. Public Policy Polling surveyed registered voters. They found that 46 percent have a higher opinion of witches than of Congress members. 73 percent say they like jury duty more than they like Congress. And 53 percent have a higher opinion of hemorrhoids than of Congress. But that’s not surprising. Congress is a bigger pain in the rear end.
