Hermes are evidently delivering a parcel. It doesnt show up under normal tracking but does when you go on the site. I wanted to give my phone number to them to pass onto the courier so he can deliver today and I wont be out. It says delivery today on the site. So I wait 7 minutes for live chat.... I am transferred to the call centre (abroad somewhere) and ask can I give the courier a phone number. They tell me the parcel is being delivered in 1-2 days. I say its being delivered today ... they say again 1-2 days.
