Hero Tournament, Round 1-Megaman vs Megaman X Megaman powers and abilities: -Charge Shot, Slide, Rush Adapter (from MM7, gives him rocket jump, Rocket Fist) -Megaman, originally Rock, created by Dr Light for help around the laboratory, but after Dr Wily went batshit crazy and decided to try and take over the world, Rock asked Dr Light to change him into a fighting robot to battle the forces of evil, and thus Megaman (or Rockman in the japanese translation) was born. Outfitted with the Mega Buster, the ability to slide, charge shots, able to take his opponents abilities, and being able to combine with his canine Rush, he is certainly able to thwart Wily time and time again. Megaman X powers and abilities: -Charge Shot, Dash, Ultimate Armor (MMX4 and onwards, gives Nova Buster, hover ability, air dash, and Nova Strike) -Megaman X was the creation of Dr Light, a new generation of robot called Reploids, robots that were able to think and feel for themselves, but before Light was able to see X come to fruition, he dies from an illness. X was sealed away until the year 20XX, when Dr Cain uncovered the capsule. Thus came X, the Maverick Hunter we all know and love. Although he is only a B-ranked Hunter, it has been said by several characters in the series that X has limitless potential in his power growth. With his dash, charge shots, able to take his enemies abilities for his own, and with his Ultimate Armor augmenting his abilities, he has been able to crush any threat he come across.
