Herring about what happen to Robin Williams concerning suicide has really gotten to me. To the point that I really have to share my story.In 1992 at the age of 15 I attempt to commit suicide. I took 3 bottles of my mothers pills. All because I wanted to be notice and accepted not understanding that it was the devil deceiving me. Telling me if i do this my family would forgive me. I thank God for my best friend whom I was on the phone with that night. Had she not been on the phone I wouldnt be alive today. She contact my mother letting her know what happen. People Suicide is real & is a tragedy not to one self but surviving family & friends. Suicide is cause by grief, emptiness, guilt, failure and shame. Luke 12:6-7 Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore you are of more value than many sparrows. This is the scripture my grandmother said to me in the hospital in 1992 & then she prayed. So my friends when you see me posting about how I thank God for another day. I really mean it & when serving in ministry as a drummer or where ever Im needed its really not about making it to the top. I just owe & give God my all pressing towards my goal knowing that he is for me and truly love me. So if your dealing with anything, then Im here to tell you that who ever & whatever you have to let go then LET IT GO because its not worth it and suicide is not the ANSWER!! Jesus loves you and the JOY of the LORD can be your strength. Choose Jesus & let him in your heart today!
