But with these last two printers (and I do not buy the cheap ones) you really lost me. Between doesnt work as advertised, phone support reps with heavy accents who cant do anything except follow a script, buggy software drivers, adware that gets auto-installed with the drivers, hardware features that are not supported by any of your software, and the cranky print head assembly, Ive moved on.
