Job description 1: The intern will have to participate in an education that will occur during IPS and is organized by the hosting entity on how to prepare interesting, interactive and impactful workshops for the students. The interns will get the required knowledge that will be needed during the project, but also very useful in the future. Job description 2: The interns will have to prepare a presentation about their country to inform the students of their culture, customs, what it is like to be a young person/student in their country. Job description 3: The interns will have to prepare a presentation on the work market in Bosnia & Herzegovina, to inform students on which professions are needed which there is surplus of. Job description 4: The interns will have to prepare a workshop on project planning. How to write, prepare and execute a project, how to lead a team.
