Hey Blokes. I have some quite disastrously tragic news id like to share with you all. Recent affairs have shown that sometimes, as an individual, we need to take a little extra care of our bodies from time to time. So with this in mind, for the first time in my life, im paying attention to what i ingest in the form of this low carb / high protein scheme. Which sadly as im now learning thru the evil punishment that is gving a hoot about the bod mode, means no sugars. In turn - no creams... I will however continue to live my creamy gewdness through all you blokes and ur ice cream loves. Im aiming for 3months with next to nil sugars, and as im sure a great deal of you are aware, for a one (maybs 2 or 4) a day creamer, its kind of a big deal. I am on a strict must be a hell of a crazy good random special livin the dream type occasion situation, and when that happens i will stand proudly beside you all once again! Ps. this isnt a goodbye. its a see u later
