Hey Everyone, Here is a update on how we are now doing things, - TopicsExpress

Hey Everyone, Here is a update on how we are now doing things, Starting today, if you have put down a deposit on a session (which is now REQUIRED for any session booked), you are agreeing to that date and time. If you decide to change that date for ANY reason you will lose that deposit as it is NON REFUNDABLE. This is not me being mean, this is just good business, this past week I have had 3 sessions not contact me until 1-2 days before the scheduled session date, I understand life happens, kids get sick, kids have jobs, kids have activities, but just as it is your duty to schedule your families activities and finances, it is my job to look out for my own family and their best interest. When you own a business there is no such thing as sick pay or vacation pay.... so when you cancel that affects the business as a whole. I love doing community events, helping families in need. But each time someone cancels or reschedules at the last minute, when they have been contacted several times and agreed upon their session date and time there is no excuse, and we completely lose that income. I am not being mean or difficult, we spend a lot of time, confirming appointments, talking to you about what you would like at your session, We respect you as customers and hope that you understand that this is vital to keeping the business running, costs down and keeping charity work for this community going. I know that in the past I have been very understanding towards people in regards to this, however it is simply no longer a option. No session will be booked without a 50% down payment, this is non refundable Once deposit in placed on session date, you can reschedule up to two weeks before session date. For instance if your session date is October 15th, you have til October 1st to reschedule that session or deposit will be kept. Thank you for your understanding:)
