Hey FB! Long time no share, however, I really have tell you about the absolutely amazing dinner my family had at Chef Coco Cruz Astals home last night! She served us with a 4-course meal. The mashed potatoes were mixed with bacon and cheese, which always is a great side dish. Steak smothered in a delectable sauce that melted in mouth with every bite, along with onions and mushrooms that soaked in the sauce. The soup was made with a combination of shrimp, greens beans, eggplant cooked perfect and I believe onions. The fried rice was light to the taste with carrots and peas. MMMM MMM GOOD! FB, I wish I took pictures. Unfortunately, I was busy getting my "Grub" on! A toast...to Chef Coco Cruz Astals, an imaginative and creative Chef!
