Hey Facebook Universe..... im gonna follow suit and wish everyone a happy and joyous Thanksgiving. This is includes: -Family -Friends -George Washingto Carver & Mound Elementary School Alums (Yeah, I was a product of busing in the 3rd grade. Its how I met my dawgs Dale Piotrowski and Fredricka Davis) -Cleveland School of Science Alums (Whats up Tremayne Carr, Antonio Caffey, J. Thomas Farley, Carolyn OriginalBosslady Slade, Theresa Timothy, April MsBscloset Bizzell and all my middle school folks) -East Technical High School (Class of 88, 89, and 90. Too many special folks to mention. DTW Stand Up) -Thee Oberlin College Universe (Again, my football team mates and classmates....Too many to mention...You know who you are....Salute!). Lastly, please throw some meditations out into the universe for my mother Mrs. Pauline Ruffin. She suffered a stroke this past Thursday and has been improving daily in her recovery since it happened.... I lost my father Thomas Ruffin in 2007, and quite honestly I have not had much time to mourn. My father, who missed one day of work in 35 years would have wanted it that way..... However, anyone who knows me truly knows that i am every bit of Pauline Ruffins child from head to toe.....Thus, im gonna break away this weekend and spend some much need time with her. So my meditation for all that read this message this weekend is to take some time and talk to your folks and learn a little bit more about each other....It is very necessary! Enjoy ALL!
