Hey Fit&Fat people, Miss me much? I am back and today I am gonna answer the most asked question to me. I received a lot of personal messages from some of you about the workouts. First of all thank you for putting your trust in me even though I am nobody. I tried my best to help yall and gave different types of exercises depending on your body built and your target to lose on which area. But I still get insisted to answer tell us the workout that made you lose weight. There were a lot trust me and I was doing the wrong ones for a few months and no one to ask. Haha. But after some time, there is this typical combo HIIT alike exercises that I made for myself which I think made me shed a lot. So here it is and good luck. I paired each 10 abs exercises with 1 min jumping jacks, yes 1 min. Personally I can do around 75reps in a min so go ahead and find out for yourself. Jumping Jacks (1min) 1. Normal crunches 30 sec Jumping Jacks (1min) 2. Reverse crunches 30 sec Jumping Jacks (1min) 3. Side planks reach through (30 sec each) Jumping Jacks (1min) 4. Full situps 30 sec Jumping Jacks (1min) 5. Hip thrust 30 sec Jumping Jacks (1min) 6. V Sit crunches or Russian twist 30 sec Jumping Jacks (1min) 7. Single leg raises 45 sec, if you wanna go harder let the feet stay inches away from the ground Jumping Jacks (1min) 8. Oblique crunches (30 sec each) Jumping Jacks (1min) 9. Spider man planks 30 sec Jumping Jacks (1min) 10. Bicycle (1 min), if you wanna go harder you can sit and feet stay inches away from the ground Beginners can cut the jumping jacks to 30 sec and 5 min water break after the 5th workout but for intermediates, yall know what to do! P.S You can replace jumping jacks with any other cardio like bur pees, high knees, butt kicks or jump ropes and any other abs workouts that suit you more. Up to you. Happy weekend! Xoxo
