Hey Gang!! Im trying my hand at a bit of writing, opinion/blog... CHOICES As a local businessman (yes, Im finally ready to admit its not just a hobby anymore ;) ), I like to shop and support local business every chance I get. It is vitally important and as a customer being treated with respect is also important, but you know every city has one, the one that doesnt impress. When that happens, I deal with it diplomatically and the next time I go by I just smile and wave. Sometimes people just lack the people skills and knowledge to operate a business successfully. In some instances its the limited offering of the menu, the rude attitude of the person at the counter, or the obnoxious ramblings of the clientele, if Im not happy with the service I simply wont do business there. I wouldnt use words like boycott or hate as a description, it is simply a choice to stay away no matter how much traffic that place may have on a daily basis. Furthermore my decision should be respected and not questioned, just as I respect and do not question those that do not shop at FANTASY REALM. Even if Fantasy Realm has the largest selection of comic books in Eastern Ontario, if its not your thing, Im fine with that. I wont harrass or bully you with pictures of how busy the shop is, its your choice.
