Hey Guys - Amanda here - Most of what you see posted on this facebook page is only a fraction of what we actually do.. We assist people with sick, injured and neglected horses as well as assist the RSPCA with many cases.. Today we have spent over $1,000 in vet fees on animals we can never post details on.. Today we assisted in the euthanasia of two horses... One was owner permitted and one was an RSPCA case we have been assisting with for about a week now.. Sadly the horse was down and couldnt be saved.. Yesterday we were assisting in a number of abandoned horses and over the past two days we have taken in 5 horses ourselves... I wish I could post up all of what we do but with ongoing RSPCA investigations to prosecute neglectful owners as well as working within privacy law guidelines we are unable to share most of it.. SAHA is not government funded, we are not grant funded and we rely solely on public donations to keep us going... Please dig deep tonight guys and as a token of the weekend ahead maybe forgo just one beer or glass of wine to help save lives...
