Hey Guys, We subrent one fully furnished room in our awesome apartment from,earliest, mid June 2014- end January 2015. The apartment is located very central, with only 30 SECONDS walking to the Vrijthof and FaSos and only about 5 minutes by foot to SBE. We are looking for nice, tidy and open people who are willing to socialize with the other flatmates. VIEWINGS THIS WEEKEND FROM 11 A.M. ON FRIDAY UNTIL SUNDAY. PICS WILL FOLLOW SOON. Apartment: Overall, three people live in the apartment. Your second and third flatmates are very nice second year ib students. There is a big bathroom with a separate toilette. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped.Washing machine and dryer are also available without additional costs. Room: The room, originally one big room, is divided by a closet unit into an eating area for all and a 15m2 area for one flatmate. The room is also very bright and fully furnished with bed, couch, closet and shelf. The priceis 440 € incl. Of course, there is no agency fee to be paid. Therefore, you should be open minded and dont mind sitting together and eat in your room or have some drinks in the evening. In the first year we had no problem with this situation and you can close the door to have your privacy of course Finally, we want to make clear that it only makes sense to contact us if you want to connect with you roommates, cook together and have a great time in your shared flat.
