Hey Gypsies! Putting out the feelers for a place that might be somewhere in the 800 dollar range, preferably less obviously (I mean who actually prefers more?), but thats a little flexible. Im 24, just moved to the city two months ago from Maine, and have been popping around place to place, and would love to find a long term sublet, or even a one month for December. Dates are mildly negotiable. I work in theatre mostly, I have three jobs, very busy so usually home only in the early afternoon, clean, does the dishes, loves pets, takes out the garbage, showers regularly, loves fun times, loves quiet times, love to laugh and make jokes, the usual stuff. Im open to most anywhere, but work in Midtown mostly, so it would be great to not have a super long commute. Beggars cant be choosers however! Message me if you might know a place!
