Hey HOBY! Looking forward to the ALA? Well heres a a small bio from one of the speakers that will be at the ALA this coming week! Dr. Kevin Snyder is a motivational speaker, author and thought leader on leadership and helping individuals establish goal-attacking mindsets. Before he co-founded his leadership bureau, Inspir-Active Solutions, he held a career in university Student Affairs and most recently served as the Dean of Students for High Point University. Both his masters and doctorate degrees were earned in Educational Leadership. Through both Inspir-Active Solutions and his prior speaking career, Kevin has presented over 750 keynotes and leadership seminars for organizations in all 50 states. Clients include Anheuser Busch, the American Marketing Association, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, HOSPICE, over 350 high schools, colleges and universities, and many more. Kevin is also a columnist for several magazines, the author of now six(6) books, an adjunct faculty member with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a former staff member aboard Semester at Sea, a certified skydiver, scuba diver, sailing enthusiast, and game show winner on the TV game show The Price is Right.
