Hey Just in time for Fathers Day and the 4th of July our BBQ Class! this class is perfect for all experience levels or none.We teach everything from selecting a pit, charcoal, rubs, sauces, meat selection and prep to cooking techniques. We furnish each person all the supplies including Brisket, Butt ,Ribs, and Chicken. This is not like the other bbq classes around that are just seminars this is hands on. You will operate the smokers , prep the meat and cook it. We will show you our techniques answer your questions and guide you along. When the meat is done we will sample what I cooked and you can take yours home to the family. The cost is $350 for one $500 couple ( one set of meat) or $1500 for a group of 5. This is a very thorough class and lunch is provided. Reserve your spot now. Class is June 23. Ladies are welcome to take the class and usually show the guys up.
