I highly suggest everyone schedule a Chakra Assessment & Energy Clearing Session with me before we begin the annual Chakra Yoga pilgrimage and journey up the spine and visit/activate each chakra at the monthly immersions that will begin in earnest in January of 2014. The first Immersion in the series is this month (November 17th- ROOT CHAKRA at BYS). In a session I start with a Chakra Assessment and see how your energy is flowing through your chakras and then you know which chakras need the most energizing and balancing!! Then we either do a Sound Healing Energy Clearing or begin to learn and practice yogic tools and techniques for a specific chakra and bring your energy system into balance and optimal function so EITHER WAY and ALL WAYS you can feel and shine your full spectrum self!
