You have your own bedroom and all utilities, furniture, washer and dryer, maintenance, etc.. are included. The apartment is right next to the clubhouse/pool. It is $1,442.00 for the whole summer and that price is all-inclusive. You may have the option to stay in this room after summer if you choose to. The apartment will be available in May .
