Hey SC Members! Weve grown quite a bit over the last couple of months so Im going to do a PSA for the newbies. :) --Shabby Chic consists of only 2 of us; myself and Ashliegh Nikole. I do all of the woodwork and canvasses and she does any and everything mason jar. :) We dont do each others skill/craft, so please dont ask us to do so, thank you! --We do this as a passionate hobby! We both have full time jobs being homemakers, which makes our families our number one priority. We both have the privilege to stay at home and raise our Littles, and are very hands on parents. We paint at night after bedtime so please be understanding when it comes to wait times. We do this on *our* free time! :) --As I mentioned, we do all of our own painting. Im sure I also speak for Ashliegh when I say pieces can take several hours to make! I know as for mine, between base coats & 2nd coats, sealers, stencils, artwork, adhesive sprays, & embellishments, 1 piece can take up to 3 days. I will not rush through pieces to fit in more orders! Ever! And that includes YOURS! ;) I want to feel good about the art Im sending home with you! --Meeting places for pickups for my (Beths) customers: I have a booth located inside Jade Treasures at 91st & Elm. Unless otherwise agreed upon, I will take your order up to Jade for you to pick up during their business hours. Ashlieghs meeting places are at her disclosure, but we are hoping she will be joining me at Jade this month! Until that point, please be respectful of her time! She has to load up her toddler, & her other children if outside of school hours, to meet with you, so please show up when youre supposed to! --As far as ordering goes, I am still working on effective ideas for taking customs without over extending myself and onceIve decided for sure, I will make a post on SC! :) I am working on booth product this week and will start messaging about customs after that! :) I will be painting signature pieces (pieces for immediate pickup) in between customs and will post pics on this page before I take them to my booth! If you see something you want, you just call Jade and pay for it over the phone and they will hold it for you! :) Lastly, we are learning as we grow! Please be patient with us and understand we never intended to have this many customers and to grow the way that we have! We are very humbled and trying the best we can!
