If you would like to order please respond to this post or PM us. Our Beef and Noodle Casserole is one of Mama Ds familys favorite meals for her to cook for them. So, you know if they say it is one of their favorites it must be good! Give us a chance to share the love with your family and order tonight! Also, we have several openings for Friday evenings meal. This Broiled Tilapia cant be beat. Tilapia is such a versatile fish to cook with because of its lovely white and firm meat and fish-less flavor; just a bright firm almost sweet flavor. And when you add the bright lemon slices, rich melted butter and our own seafood seasoning mix, all you get is YUM :) Try something new this week! Wednesday: - -Beef and Noodle Casserole ~ Tender beef cooked low and slow to create a rich broth then shredded and mixed with extra wide egg noodles and baked. So delicious and so comforting and perfect to come home to on a Monday. All American Salad Bowl ~Crisp Romaine and Iceberg topped with the traditional veggies, croutons and cheddar cheese. Dinner Muffins Warm Butterscotch Pudding Thursday: Salisbury Steaks with Pan Gravy ~ Freshly ground beef mixed with our blend of spices and bread crumbs, seared in a skillet and finished in their gravy. Hash brown Casserole ~ shredded potatoes highly seasoned and tossed with scallions and cheddar. Baked until golden brown. Roasted Broccoli and Carrots Dinner Muffins Warm Butterscotch Pudding Friday: Broiled Lemon Topped Tilapia ~ Seasoned Tilapia with lemon rounds broiled until nice and brown. Israeli Cous Cous tossed with garlic, scallions, and grape tomatoes. Super Foods Salad ~ Chopped Romaine, Kale and cabbage tossed with sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, cucumbers and scallions and pecans. Served with Apple Jazz Dressing.
