Hey again, Im just re-posting a casting notice for my next film as the deadline is approaching! Please send to anyone you know who may be interested, the submission deadline is MON, SEPT 15 @ 5PM: SYNOPSIS LOVEBITES is a dramatic short film about Carolyn and Matty’s turbulent relationship in a zombie plagued world, told through an unorthodox timeline. CAROLYN (Principal, Female, 25 – 40 yrs, Open Ethnicity) Carolyn grew up fending for herself. Her family never really took care of her. She left the house at 16, and so was forced to grow up at a very young age. She lives only for the now. The past isn’t something she ever concerns herself with as it represents a lot of pain. She’s rigid about the things that matter to her, playful when she feels it’s appropriate to be. When she is playful she is mostly sarcastic. She’s a natural leader. MATTY (Principal, Male, 25 – 40 yrs, Asian/Mixed Asian) Matty is an optimist. Even in the worst of situations, he finds something good to hold on to. He loves cheesy jokes, and silly games. He doesn’t need much in life, just the ones he loves. He comes from a loving and supporting family, but he’s lost them in the zombie apocalypse. Ever since, he’s been broken up inside, but he does what he can to keep his mind and heart afloat. Hanging on to the happiness he’s had in the past is all he has left.
