Hey all! Another (very quick) demo this week of a technique which has an extremely high success rate and, when practiced and perfected, will catch opponents out fairly regularly. Its a particularly nasty submission/fight finisher called (as far as Im aware) the five finger guillotine. This is as, if not more effective and harder to prevent than the rear naked, will put a person to sleep a lot quicker, (in my experience) and will feed from way more opportunities in any confrontation than a lot of other chokes. This time were feeding from the footy takle attack we did a week or two ago. Thanks again to Jules for volunteering to my demo dummy and get choked a few times (this one really isnt nice at all). Apologies for the rushed nature of this demo but... you know.... rewind as many times you need to. Upon watching this video I just realized how quickly I really do speak!
