Hey all... Heres a strange request... My next novel, a YA piece called The Mystery of the Greaser Hotel, is coming out this summer, and Im searching for pop culture icons (as in music, tv, movies, books, mags, online) to read the galley (the unedited, unattractive, cheap version of the book for reviewers) or look at the art inside and review one or the other or both for a quote on the cover or back. Sounds strange to ask, but I really want to get someone unique, and since Im an idiot writer and artist who spends a lot of time alone or teaching (not that both arent fun), Im hoping the short reach of my confusing Facebook page can somehow inspire someone who knows someone who knows the writer of Sherlock or the documentarian Michael Moore or a really cool hip young musician (one who I might even know) to quote The Greaser for print. Itd just be really cool and fun, which . . . I think . . . I hope, the book is. Anyway, just write me back if you know anyone and want to help, because I do need help. Thanks all... Jonathon Scott
