Hey all! Heres my spiel: Currently living in the West Village with relatives but trying to find my own place. Originally from California, but now I work at a Broadway talent agency at 37th and Broadway so Id ideally like something in Manhattan or maybe Astoria. Im not picky at all with housing, just basically need a bed and can share a bathroom or kitchen (I love to cook and will gladly be a chef for yall). My budget is $700-$800 monthly if possible and would prefer to at least have a bed in the room. CAN MOVE IN ASAP. Im a non-smoker, pretty tidy, pet friendly, down-to-earth, sociable, and love exploring the city. Also I brought my own Apple TV that we can share. It may be a bit much, but Id absolutely love to have either roof access or a patio/fire escape that I can chill on. If you know of anything that fits this description or want to get to know me better, please let me know!
